Ryan Janas is a seasoned professional with a dynamic career spanning various industries and roles, all centered around his passion for working with people and driving operational excellence.

Beginning his journey in the automotive sector as a technician, Ryan honed his skills over seven years before seeking opportunities to engage more directly with customers. Transitioning to Bridgestone retail operations, he managed individual stores in vibrant locations like Hawaii and San Diego. His dedication and leadership propelled him to the role of Education Business Partner, overseeing 143 stores in North Texas. In this capacity, Ryan became a certified trainer for prestigious programs like DiSC and Situational Leadership, positively impacting thousands of employees across different levels.

Continuing his trajectory, Ryan assumed the position of Area Manager for thirteen stores in Dallas, Texas, where he spearheaded initiatives focused on safety metrics, staffing optimization, and P&L performance. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and growth, he pursued his MBA at the University of North Texas, setting the stage for his transition to a new challenge.

Embracing the opportunity at Amazon, Ryan began his tenure as an Operations Manager in Northern California, swiftly rising to the role of Senior Operations Manager. His standout performance led him to an exciting venture in Manchester, England, where he managed a workforce of over 1,200 people. Notably, Ryan earned the esteemed distinction of “Bar Raiser,” a testament to his exceptional interviewing skills and leadership acumen, placing him in the top echelon of interviewers entrusted with pivotal hiring decisions.
